Spatiotemporal Variation in the Land Use/Cover of Alluvial Fans in Lhasa River Basin, Qinghai–Tibet Plateau

Alluvial fans are an important land resource with agricultural potential in Qinghai–Tibet Plateau. The spatiotemporal variation use/cover is indicator to understand the value of alluvial and protect make scientific use such fans. In this study, characteristics determined by analysing changes Lhasa River Basin (LRB) at different times, counties/districts, altitudes, gradients. Results show that area cultivated artificial provided for LRB has continuously increased. 2000, 2010, 2020, 17.72%, 21.84%, 24.17% 7.89%, 7.51%, 25.24% were fans, respectively. At all altitudes slopes, increasing but part basically due massive loss grassland. types dominated human activities, although they also influenced natural factors some degree.
